Through the enquiry forms on this website we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number including the country dialling code, and the enquiry details you select or write (for example purchase or investment intent, preferred location, property type and budget range).

We also record limited technical data generated by your visit, such as the page from which an enquiry was submitted, the date and time of submission, and — where you have consented to optional cookies — cookie identifiers described in our Cookie Policy.

We process your data to respond to your enquiry, to prepare and send you property, off-plan, financing or residency information you have asked about, to arrange calls, viewings and follow-up with our advisory team, to keep records of our commercial correspondence, and to operate, secure and improve this website.

We do not sell your personal data.

Where UAE data-protection law applies, we rely on your consent when you submit an enquiry or accept optional cookies, and on our legitimate business interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining our records. Where the EU/EEA or UK GDPR applies to a visitor, the equivalent bases are consent (Article 6(1)(a)), performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

We use a small number of processors that act only on our instructions: our website and database hosting provider, our transactional email provider used to deliver enquiry notifications, and standard communication tools such as email and WhatsApp used by our advisory team. Where a property enquiry relates to a specific development, we may share the details necessary to progress your enquiry with the relevant developer, and only with your knowledge.

Our hosting and email providers may process data on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we require an adequate level of protection through the provider's contractual commitments, including standard contractual clauses where the GDPR applies.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and the commercial relationship that may follow, and thereafter only for the period required by applicable UAE record-keeping obligations. When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised. Cookie consent records are kept for up to twelve months, after which you will be asked again.

Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to authorised members of our team who need it to respond to you. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not send us identification documents or payment details through the website forms.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate data, ask us to delete data we no longer need, object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, and withdraw a consent you previously gave — including your cookie consent, which you can change at any time through Cookie Preferences in the footer of this website.
